I was referred to Bob at Cotter pin by a friend. Man was he professional and informative about my trailers issue. He even did some research the day before I got there about my problem. He got my trailer functioning properly in a short period of time. Cotter Pin gets 10 stars from me.

My wife and I recently took a road trip to Rochester to see a friend. On the way home just about 15 min from cotter pin I stopped to fuel up our car. I foolishly by accident put gas in our diesel Chevy Cruze. Bob and Jill at cotter pin were not only one of the few places that answered my call amongst the many shops I called but they were the only ones who could get my car fixed that week. We had the car towed on Monday afternoon to the shop. Bob stayed til 8pm Tuesday to get the tank drained, fuel line cleaned out and new fuel filter put in for us so we could head back home Wednesday morning. Not only that but their price was beyond fair for the work they did, the speed they did it in and the quality provided. We are so grateful for their honesty and kindness helping us in a difficult situation. I would HIGHLY recommend cotter pins services if you need a personable, professional, honest and quality family owned mechanic.
