I bought a brand new mower from them. I would never ever buy another thing from them! I was treated like dirt! The product they sold me fell apart and almost cut my feet off. The blades on the mower literally came flying off the machine and almost hit me! The guy screamed at me like it was my fault! They do not care about their customer. THE BEST… I recently had my entire engine rebuilt at Alden Automotive, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. After calling over 15 different shops and being turned down by all of them, I was starting to lose hope. Then I called Alden Automotive and spoke with Travis. Right from the first phone call, he was incredibly straightforward and professional. He laid out exactly what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and gave me a clear timeline for when I could expect the job to be completed. Throughout the entire process, their communication was top-notch. Travis kept me informed every step of the way, and I could tell he and his team had extensive knowledge and experience with engine rebuilds. The planning and execution were flawless, and I felt confident my vehicle was in the best hands. Travis is awesome and truly cares and come through, I had quite a bit of work done on my jeep compass another shop took almost 3 weeks after being towed in had it brought over here and in 2 days all the work was done and he even helped me out because I work overnights highly recommend
