I have been a loyal customer of Moody's Automotive for over five years, and I can confidently say that Erin Moody, the owner, has consistently provided exceptional service for both my husband and me. What sets Moody's Automotive apart from other repair shops is their commitment to a straightforward, no-nonsense approach without any upselling tactics. Erin's dedication to providing amazing customer service is truly commendable. One of the most impressive aspects of Moody's Automotive is their efficiency. Whenever I bring my car in for repairs, Erin ensures that it gets fixed as soon as possible. He understands the inconvenience and frustration that come with a malfunctioning vehicle, and he goes above and beyond to get you back on the road quickly. One of the things I appreciate most about Moody's Automotive is their reasonable pricing. Erin understands that car repairs can be costly, and he strives to offer fair and competitive rates. This level of transparency and fairness is rare in the industry, and it is something I value greatly as a customer. As a young female, I have often encountered situations where repair shops try to take advantage of my limited knowledge about car repairs. However, at Moody's Automotive, I have always felt respected and well-informed. Erin takes the time to explain the repairs needed in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring that I am comfortable with the process and aware of what needs to be done. If you are searching for a fancy car repair shop with all the bells and whistles, Moody's Automotive may not meet your expectations. However, if you are looking to support a small business that prioritizes honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Moody's. You can trust that Erin and his team will provide the necessary repairs without any unnecessary frills. Supporting this small business will not disappoint you.
