DK Auto was once a family owned and operated business. They have sold to a large company, and have lost their expertise. We had a terrible experience with the new management and will never take our vehicles there again. Think twice before calling. You no longer get the same quality work with the same uprightness and integrity.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. I recently had my turbo replaced in my 2021 Terrain. When I received the car back the all wheel drive light came on saying service was needed. I took the car back to Dk auto and advised them that the issue was caused when they replaced the turbo and I needed them to take a look at my car. I was advised by Dk that they were not at fault however because the car was electrical they could not determine the issue or repair the AWD. I took it to a dealership and they said the differential oil pump motor open and differential oil pump motor short was the issue. I was told that I had a two year warranty for the repair. I was quoted 2600 and when I picked up the car the price was 3200 and I was never called to approve the increase in price. After I complained I was told that Dave no longer owns the shop. Had I known that I would never have taken my car there for the repair. Now that Brian has messed up the repair he expects me to take my car to another shop to fix his mistake. He over charged me and doesn't want to fix his mistakes which will cost me additional money. I have gone to Dk for over 35 years. Now I will no longer take any of my vehicles there since the ownership has changed hands and the new ownership no longer provides the same quality of service. Now I wish I had taken my car to the dealership in the first place for the repair at least they should have fixed any issues they caused.

Never again, too many staff not doing anything . Couldn’t get to inspection within an hour of opening. I miss the former owners. Not worth one star

They got my car dropped off without any notice on a Friday night at 4:30 pm from Triple A and got it right in and figured out what was wrong with it on Saturday and swapped my battery out with a new one on Sunday so I could pick it up for work on Monday. Great service and customer service all around. If I lived in Albion I would use this business for all automotive problems/needs 👍
