Disrespected my time and was disrespectful to me about it. I'm trying to be reasonable writing this and I rarely give bad reviews. I've went to this garage before, had an appointment for 8:30am and got to servicing my vehicle within 20-30 minutes. Delays happen, I get it. I book an inspection and oil change for 6/4/2026 at 8:30am. I showed up 8:15am to discuss and prep with a gent there. A bald gentleman addressed me. He told me "Yeah, so, you have a waiting appointment." I never knew what this was, and have never heard of this until this moment, and I'm a prior customer of theirs. In confusion I (trip over my words until I finally) ask "What is a waiting appointment? I was never told this over the phone and I've never heard of this until now." He said "It means we won't see you til at least 10:00am, likely later. Hey I don't know who you booked your appointment with." In frustration I ask "So 8:30am doesn't mean 8:30am. So can you call me back when you're ready for me and I return?" Clearly amused he responds "I mean, we might, that's if we remember to call you." Their services were good the last time I was there, granted I only got an oil change which doesn't mean much. This place made it hard to want to support a small/local business, which is usually my preference. If you go here, be sure to confirm what your time for your appointment actually translates to. I wouldn't have such a sour taste in mouth about this if the gent who received me didn't appear to be so amused by my visible frustration.

Don't go here. I tried to get a NYS inspection 3 times. 1st time, the mechanic didnt have his license. 2nd, need appointment(ok w/e) 3rd,with appointment "we dont have the time" ohh and they tried telling me that my 70% tint was actually 27%, and that my new car with 1500 miles on it "could have rust on the rotors." At best they're disorganized & ignorant and at worst, they're trying to scam you. (all verified by a real mechanic) Edited for respons: they are Lying in the response. The tint was not checked with a light meter as I did not even let them look at my car after they suggested that I might have Rust on the rotors. Lying again.. What a complete loser.

They are very careful to notify me if something doesn't go as planned, or if they believe additional work on my vehicle is required beyond the initially quoted services. A good and honest shop like this is hard to find, and they have earned my loyalty as a customer!
View on GoogleMy insurance company sent out K&K Repairs to give me a tow when my wheel almost came off. I’m glad they did!! They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling and Keith fixed my wheel and got me back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend if you need an emergency tow or repair!
