Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the process and did quality work at a fair price. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this business. We called the roadside service, and even though they could not fix the problem, they charged me $500. After that, they said to bring the truck to their shop. We towed our truck to them, and they could not fix it there as well but charged me $1700. They put in a sensor that the truck did not even need. We took the truck to a different shop and they were able to fix the issue within two hours. The owner of this shop is very rude, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Farris was quick to come evaluate the problem, and fix it in a matter of time. He definitely knew what he was doing and even helped fixed a different problem. Pleasure working with 1st response and highly recommend using these guys.

Saw the truck driver help a car get out of deep snow during a live YouTube video of the big blizzard near New Jersey, need more people like this.

I can’t not say enough good things about this place. I needed a radiator replaced on my Cascadia. I called them, drove up and the guys got right to work. Everything was done very professionally. Prices were very reasonable, especially for an emergency job. Thank you to the entire crew for all their hard work.
