They did a phenomenal job with my car. I went in for a full exterior and interior detail, along with a dent repair & spot polish. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but I had a noticeable dent and paint chip on my door from a shopping cart hitting it, and it was driving me crazy to see it because I had just gotten the car. They did a flawless job pulling the dent and correcting the paint. Along with the full detail, it’s like having a brand new car again. I’ve never gotten a car detailed or had paint work done before The Works but now I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else, will be a long term customer for sure.

Previously had okay experiences with this shop (PPF and ceramic coating) but I took my car in to have an annual detail/ceramic coating reload and quite a few spots were missed. The inside of the side mirrors, wheel barrels, door and trunk jambs all still looked dirty. I also had accidentally squashed a bug on the inside of the windshield and the mark was still there indicating the inside of the windshield was not cleaned properly. I contacted them and they apologized and had me come back two days later when my wife’s car was being detailed. I would have assumed it was a one off and mistakes happen but when I picked up my wife’s car right off the bat inside of side mirrors were missed, door and trunk jambs still had dirt in them and tires didn’t have dressing on them as indicated on my receipt. Worst was her floor boards were soaking wet. Literally dripping with water. Again one time everyone makes mistakes but a second time two days later when you already have my initial car back in the shop to be touched up, it’s just too sloppy. For the price I'd truly expect that my vehicles would be spotless and unfortunately that was not the case.

The Works Auto Center is the best!! I don’t leave reviews very often but felt everyone there really deserves it! Everything about them is perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, helpful and understanding staff. From my first communication with Shelby who was the very best at my initial contact, to Kory who is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. I felt he led me in the right direction. Jackson met me at the door with a smile and answered all my last minute questions. After performing a lot of research about exterior coatings and under coatings I feel they offer the best products on the market today. I brought my brand new 2026 Tundra directly from the dealer. They ceramic coated and wool waxed it. When I picked it up all I could say was WOW! I highly recommend “The Works” for all your auto detail needs.

What a great job they did on my 2025 Genesis GV-80 with matte finish. I never owned a car with a matte finish. A little nervous about all the dos and don'ts. They recommended a ceramic coat. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to apply within one day. Didn't wash for two weeks. Which was hard with all the tree sap and bird crap on the car. When the time came, I sprayed with only water. Everything slid right off. The car looked spotless. Very happy that I took their recommendation. I recommend them and a ceramic coating without hesitation.

Thanks to Kory & the team for taking care of my new baby. They did an excellent job on the PPF to keep my paint protected and an excellent job on the tint to keep my skin protected.
