These mechanics have no knowledge or experience in the job and, above all, are very dishonest. I had two bad experiences at this shop. I took a vehicle to this shop where they replaced several parts and then re-examined the engine. It was a little dirty, so they offered to clean it. They bought a couple of bottles of engine degreaser, poured it in, and then added water, but they didn't clean it properly. After that, the spark plugs and ignition coils were damaged. The next vehicle I took there was to have the suspension checked, but the mechanic said the spark plugs would probably need replacing soon. I told him to get them changed. While he was changing them, he damaged a bolt and didn't have the right tool to remove it, but they kept trying with regular tools. Two spark plugs were visible, and two were under the air cleaner and throttle body. In a moment of carelessness, he said everything was replaced, but I could see he hadn't even removed the damaged bolt, much less the air cleaner. So I confronted them, and he showed me four spark plugs of different sizes. The owner told me to come back the next day until he got the puller. I went back about three days later, but he still didn't have the right tool, and they were still trying with regular tools. Exhausted, and with a bit of mockery and laughter, I told him they wouldn't get that bolt out until their next life. Only then did they decide to go buy a puller. I think he went to the factory because he took about two hours to come back. Not satisfied with everything that had happened... The mechanic lost a couple of bolts and couldn't find them, and in the end the owner told him to keep coming back to his shop... how shameless!

Quick and up front about everything. Didn't overcharge or fix unnecessary items. Had all work done in a day.
