Omg! Worst experience ever! I went in to get a slow leak looked at since the tire I bought from them in September was still insured. I got checked in and after sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, the guy at the desk asked me if I was checked in and I said yes. He asked me "who checked you in?" To which i responded "um, you did?!" I asked him if they could fix my tire and he said yes. They found a small roofers nail and plugged the hole. I drove home and around midnight I noticed my tire was completely flat. I had to call roadside assistance to put on the spare for me so I could make it to my early morning doctor appointment the next day. I drove my car back the next day and asked them to just replace the tire. They charged me $75 even though they couldnt patch a small hole in a tire the day before and wasted a whole other day. All of my interior lights came on during this including check engine and when I brought it up, they said it had nothing to do with them. They also scratched the hell out of my rim trying to get the tire bolts off. I paid the money and literally ran out of there.

Needed to replace my exhaust. Called ahead to plan my repair, they had the parts needed when I got there and managed to complete the repair in under an hour, for $500 less than the place I first had it checked at quoted for me. Friendly service too.

I informed the staff at your store, who told me that since it was new, it needed to be broken in. However, that night when I was driving on the highway, the brake caliper fell off. At that time, there was a truck beside me, and many other vehicles behind. Moreover, I saw sparks coming from my tire. I was terrified. Fortunately, no accident occurred, but I felt that my life was in danger... Later, I tried to contact you, but you were not available 24/7. So I called 911, and they helped me call a tow truck. The next day, I went to your store. The person named Tony at the store was very nice. He promptly took measures to make up for the situation. But when I requested a refund and compensation for my lost wages, the store manager at your store was reluctant to give a reply. I hope you can pay for your mistake.
View on GoogleFirst off. I went to the 980 Central Ave location for a flat tire. They got me to buy 3 new tires. All the WRONG size. They had two different size tires on my rear axle. Then I went to the location further down on central and it was absolute pandemonium. They couldn’t refund me for the previous day yet so I paid more than 1200 dollars for 7 tires; 3 I didn’t need. And to top it off, they forgot my valve caps right after and a lug nut was stripped so I have to go back now. Managers were decent guys but never ever again, I honestly want a FULL refund since you forgot my lug nut and my valve caps and it’s gonna mess up paying my credit card so big NO
