James at the front desk was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this place for honest and attentive service.
View on GoogleThis place is great for all around work and stuff. But I wanted to brag about my alignments I get done by James Lawson. I have had it done a few times and I’m still driving to work thinking about how great it is done. Not only have my rear tires stayed perfectly aligned over multiple appointments over time, but the alignment was done so well that my front passenger control arm disintegrated and my car stayed safe and was not damaging anything else. We didn’t even know the control arm was bad/ that bad until we had to take the tire off for a new one. I can still comfortably drive to work and back for long periods of time without a worry. I can always be able to blow my nose, or able to let go of my wheel for a second if needed while driving and there is absolutely no movement or concern. Lots of great work at this place, but go to James Lawson if you want the best alignment done and fast. Thank you!
View on GoogleThese guys were really helpful for me. Dominique and the manager Josh were great in helping understand prices and getting me set up with new tires. The only problem was when signing up for their credit my information couldn't be found in their system, and they had to get on a long call with the bank who wouldn't give me my account information even when I talked on the phone with them myself. The two employees helped me as much as they could and I really appreciate it, but Synchrony really screwed us both over here.

I did not feel like the cost was outrageous but that is usually a subjective thing. The impression that the mechanics are very good at what they do and the short time that it took them is what is going to keep me coming back.
