When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the lobby was cluttered with boxes everywhere. An older gentleman eventually acknowledged me, but his demeanor was very cold and unwelcoming from the start. After briefly looking at my car — which is already in very good condition aside from a few scratches and swirl marks — he immediately quoted me $3,500 without explaining any paint options, packages, or even properly assessing the vehicle. I mentioned that my online estimate was around $700, and instead of providing clarification professionally, he repeatedly responded with “I don’t know why they would say that,” in a condescending tone. When I reacted with surprise to the huge price difference, he sarcastically said “yeah” and walked away. I understand estimates can change in person, but professionalism and customer service matter. The interaction felt dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for respectful customer service or transparency.

Overall excellent job and quality. They painted my cap to match the truck. Was a mistake on something, but Mike owner was very professional and took care of it for me. I recommend.
View on GoogleI had a small accident hitting the roof of a friends SUV on a low ceiling in a parking garage when I was turning around. There was a dent and scratched paint on the spoiler and roof panel. I was nervous about how much I would owe for fixing the damaged areas of the car. I brought it to this Maaco which I was a little apprehensive about after reading some of the reviews but they gave me a good price to fix the damage. So I ultimately left the car with them to have it fixed. After a few days I picked up the car and it was immaculate. Looked like new! I think they also cleaned the interior of the car. They did such a great job I felt it necessary to leave an honest 5 star review. If I have any body car body damage in the future I know I can trust this place.

I show up to the building and there is barely room to park with the company Corvette parked right in center of the driveway. I walk through the open doors into the debris strewn room where every chair, table, and surface is cluttered with parts, body panels, solvents, wires, paper, etc. Nobody is at the counter so I wait patiently for a short eternity while the crackly FM radio buzzes in and out. 7 minutes after my appointment an employee comes out and I say I have an appointment. He asked if I booked online, not that it should matter. I say no, they called me. He says, "Oh he ended up leaving." What for? Why? I had an appointment. Why would you leave? Why would you not tell me and make me waste my time coming here? Don't attempt to give them your business or they will do the same to you. And as for the auto-generated canned response that's going to respond to this, I don't have anything nice to say.
