Lia Hyundai Albany Auto Repair & Service Center

I recently had service done at Lia Hyundai and had probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. The staff was welcoming and professional. Tyler greeted me at my vehicle when I pulled in. He was very focused on helping me find what my car needed without any pressure. I felt that he truly cared about helping me and wasn't just trying to sell me things I didn't need or want. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who drives a Hyundai.

Had a no charge recall done on my Santa Fe at Lia Hyundai of Albany. Tyler helped me set up an appointment just 2 days away. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. He kept me informed during the whole process. Had my car back to me in just a few hours. I had never been here before and was treated like a regular customer. A great place to go for your car needs. Just stopped in at the Lia Hyundai dealership here in Albany NY for one many oil changes to come and I had the distinct pleasure of meeting a very knowledgeable service advisor here by the name of, Michael Carpenter and because of him hey! Now I know how to put my wipers both front and back into service mode kudos for that.

Car is still dirty after complementary wash. This makes me question if they actually did the oil and filter change or not. If they are not even bothered about the things I can physically see, then how to trust them with things that I can’t see. I really hope something goes wrong with the car and I get to sue them for the shitty job they did with service.

Gave my car some needed TLC at 60,000 miles. Tyler at Lia took the time to walk me through all needed maintenance and scheduled some items to down the road. Work was done quickly and professionally. Thank you!
