couldn’t be more appreciative of the honesty and in depth explanation of what was wrong with my car. Brought in a Honda civic for engine leaking oil and they were able to diagnose it and told me the truth that fixing it wouldn’t be a good option as the issue will keep happening. Instead of telling me “yea I’ll fix it for you” and I end up keep returning it for the same issue. They told me the truth about how much I’ll be spending and opinion on if it was worth it or not.

Setting up the appointment, I already noticed how polite and attentive they were. But talk about going BEYOND EXPECTATIONS - they replaced my bad starter. Three days later, my daughter drives down the Brooklyn, where the van won't start (exhibiting same starter issues). The starter is under national warranty, so it'll get repaired for free, BUT in the meantime one of their mechanics is driving to Florida today, and IS GOING TO DETOUR to Brooklyn and check the starter (and some wire), and actually bring a replacement starter and all the tools to replace it if needed right there curbside!!! And I'm a first-time customer with them!!! How awesome is that? They've definitely got a new customer.

went to this shop for a repair estimate and was quoted for multiple repairs that were not actually needed. I got a second opinion from another reputable shop and the estimate came back almost half the price, with confirmation that several items from the first estimate were unnecessary. This experience felt misleading and like an attempt to upsell unneeded work. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.
