Complete disrespect for customer time — walked out after an hour of nothing I had an appointment for NY state inspection. Arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, and was told the car would be ready in about one hour. I came back exactly an hour later — my vehicle was still sitting in the exact same spot where I left it. No one had even touched it. As soon as the manager saw me, she immediately started running around the shop asking who could take my car. Technicians were literally coming out from different areas, and no one wanted to take the job. Only then I was told that the service was “busy”. This is not being busy — this is lying to customers and wasting their time. If you can’t honor your own appointment schedule, don’t book inspections. I took my keys and left. Will never return and do not recommend this location to anyone who values their time.

Terrible. AC was working intermittently so I went for a check. They supposedly looked for leaks and pressure, and concluded my freon was low so they did a recharge for $265. It did not help. Took it back and they would not credit the money from the recharge towards whatever actually needed to be done (this was now the 3rd trip). They wanted me to drop another 250 dollars for a repair that I don't even believe would have fixed it -- after I specifically told them my cap was 300 for the car the first time I brought it back. Finally after much negotiation I at least got a refund. After that, the AC was not blowing cold at all. So I took it to my regular mechanic and found out they sucked the new freon out when they refunded me! So all the freon is gone - even what I had in there before. Unbelievable. Avoid this place.
