I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. They had my part ready in just 2 days, which was amazing by itself, but what really impressed me was how far they went to help me. Even though they’re closed on weekends, they had their mechanic come in on a Saturday just to accommodate me. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Their mechanic was also fantastic — very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that actually goes above and beyond.

If you have a Porsche, or some other foreign vehicle that is complex to repair, there is no reason to take it to the dealership. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service, great communication, and very reasonable prices is what makes this place attractive
View on GoogleWas here for the first time as I didn’t think I still needed the dealer for service. I wanted to save some money and when I saw a coupon for 10% off and a free inspection I was sold. Communication was all by text and scheduling was easy. Marie was in the office and she was a wealth of information on service schedules, etc. The waiting area was really with leather couches and chairs, coffee, and candy. There was a (fake) fireplace and overall it was comfortable to wait Despite Fox News on TV. The bill was quite a bit less than the dealer. I will be back for my next service. One caveat. Ask how long the wait will be if you are waiting. I was used to 1-2 hours at the dealer but it was substantially longer here. I didn’t know. Next time I will probably drop it off evening before.

Key complaints •lack of timeliness 2 days turned into 5 days •Over filled the oil during oil change, told me to come back another day, I would not, so they took 3.5 hours to drain oil. •WORST part of this, they ended up leaving my engine cover electric/manual wire disconnected, a week later, I noticed this. They told me to come back down from Saratoga to fix. I declined and got it fixed privately. Sent them the bill, they said "that they were sending a check to cover it" I never received a check to this day, and now they have gone MIA. This is my WARNING TO ALL. do not waste your time with this company. NO MORAL CODE. And they should really know how much oil goes into a 991.1 Carrera from the get go, and also know what a pain it is when the hatch switch is left apart.
View on GoogleEuropean Repairs scheduled an appointment the following day after they were contacted. I was very relieved as the VW developed a sudden oil leak. I had made an appointment with the dealership, but it was over a week out. European Repairs diagnosed the oil leak as well as other issues. Parts were ordered and the car was repaired in a few days - still before the dealership date. The only complaint is the car came back with a slight cigarette smoke smell in the interior, which faded after a few days of leaving the windows open in our garage. Finally, the attention to detail was impeccable. Photos of the issues were texted and the invoice was color coded for each issue.
