Customer service? Where? They don't answer phones, don't return calls. Was quoted $800-1,000 for a DPF cleaning, get charged $1,500. Dropped off on a Monday, said it would be done by Thursday or Friday. FINALLY get someone to answer a phone after 2 full weeks of calling 3-5 times per day. Total turnover time: 3 WEEKS. I run a parts room in a very reputable repair shop, and these lazy half-wits have tarnished us with one of our best customers. BUT when it comes time for the check to get paid, they have no problem at all picking up a phone and borderline harassing US. We will absolutely NOT be using these disgusting hacks ever again.

Paul at Diesel Mechanics fixed my Ram 3500’s rocker arm failure fast. Was hauling a load when the Cummins started knocking hard. They swapped the bad parts, and my truck’s 1,075 lb-ft torque is back in action. Solid work, recommend them
