Horrible experience with Gerber Collision! They had my car for three weeks, stripped it, and submitted an insurance estimate for parts that weren’t even damaged. Then they told me they couldn’t repair it and returned it with the entire front off and multiple parts missing. Do not go here, especially if you have a foreign car—total nightmare.
View on GoogleThis is my second experience at Colby Body & Fender Works and both have been amazing. The first time, I was recommended to go here when my last vehicle was dinged in a parking lot. They were able to pop the dings, fix the paint, and you could not even tell it was repaired. This time, I scuffed and dented the rear bumper on my brand new, 3 day old truck, while backing in a trailer. I was so happy with my last experience I went straight back to this shop without even considering a second opinion. I told them I was paying out of pocket and they cut me a good deal. I dropped my truck off and a day and a half later they replaced and painted a new bumper for a reasonable price. The truck looks brand new again. The quality of their work and their customer service is amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and Clint was absolutely excellent to work with.

I had scrap the bottom of my front bumper really bad from a speed bump and when I purchased my car had a scrap in the right corner of my bumper. Colby's workers did a wonderful job. It seen like nothing didn't happen to my car bumper. Guys have a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year's.

My customized Fiat not only travels like new with tight straight down the road steering, it looked, and smelled like the odometer was swirled back from 133K to zero. They detailed the car inside and out. I wish I took a photo of the car the other day when it was presented as "job complete". Bottom line, they were very communicative and went the extra mile to discover added work my insurance company needed to cover.

They also communicated well with my insurance company which made the process go smoothly. When my insurance company canceled my appointment against my wishes, they took me for the appointment anyways and called my insurance company to resolve the issue. While they are pretty booked, it is worth the wait.
