Can I give 0 stars ?!! Stopped by in person asked if I could bring in my car for repairs the mechanic took my number and said the owner would call me back later that day to schedule me. Did not hear back so I stopped in again in person and was told there’s nothing available and that theyre not taking on any new customers??? Who says that and why I was in no rush would have gladly accepted an appointment in a couple weeks if it was even suggested instead Im told theyre not taking on new customers? Never in my life have I approached a business with an open sign in the window and been shut down in that way. How unprofessional is that and why was I discriminated against ??

Derek is the most honest mechanic/auto shop owner I have ever met. The review below mentions an owner Mike. This gentleman must have the wrong place because the owner is DEREK and he and his mechanics are absolutely awesome.

Would never use them again. Lied and told me they were Jeep certified then said my vehicle was fixed. Picked Vehicle up and check engine light was still on then Tina the owner’s wife told me she was sorry for telling me the the check engine light was off but didn’t do anything about it fixing the issues Mike the owner’s told me Jeep certified means nothing and it didn’t matter if he was Jeep Certified or not when 23 jeeps and up need a certificate to fix due to system upgrades. The only good part about the company was the Mechanic Mark who even explained to the owner Mike that you had to be Jeep certified. Spent thousands of dollars and nothing was fixed and no money was giving back to me. I wouldn’t advise using them.

My coworker has been going here for years and highly recommended them. This is my first car ever and it’s a little nerve wracking to get your car fixed and not really know what is going on. These guys are super thorough and give me peace of mind. I’m definitely a new loyal customer.

Derek and his team are communicative and efficient! My lack of car knowledge is not taken advantage of, which is an experience I’ve had with other mechanics. And I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a few hours to get my car back, even when they’re having really busy days!
