Leased a vehicle from them and returned it thousands of miles below the lease agreement. They complained having to put new tires on it (they do that regardless so don’t see why they would say anything). Aside from that the customer service was TERRIBLE!! They were not helpful, did not listen at all, when my wife and I dropped the vehicle off no one would even look at me or acknowledge my presence so I could give the keys back. I wound up leaving them on the counter. Stay away from this place!!! Update, my response to comment from dealer: There is no changing this, what’s done is done. I am already taking too much time out of my day to reply to this. If you take pride in your customer service, make sure they really are greeting people and not just standing where they think you can’t see them. This treatment I feel was due to the fact I rejected the offer to lease another vehicle, so in the salesman’s eyes I’m not $$ to them. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be decent. Typical dealership behavior, once they get your money you don’t exist anymore or like my situation above. I still stand by recommending other places to anyone who asks. Thanks for the response, it was quicker than in person. A bad experience is a bad experience.

We visited 2 other local Ram dealerships to solve an ongoing issue with our DEF system-Armony not only got us in right away but found the real issues with our diesel and solved the problem unlike the others. Our truck is running like new! Appreciate you guys! Thomas & Taylor

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ARMORY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM FIAT OF ALBANY! They tricked me into a $3,750 extended Zurich warranty on my 2022 Ford Mustang, promising ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage with no catches. The finance guy said, ‘Yeah, so any repair or anything would be covered bumper to bumper’ and ‘If anything goes wrong, bring it back.’ ZERO mention of a $200 deductible per visit. I bought it for peace of mind, thinking I wouldn’t have to worry about fixing stuff myself. Fast forward two months: My car has issues (rear window won’t roll up, water sloshing in the fender from rain getting in). I bring it in for my scheduled appointment, and BAM – they demand $200 upfront. When I call them out, the finance manager admits he ‘doesn’t remember’ telling me about it but then says ‘I think I would have probably told you.’ Total BS! The general manager jumps in, gaslights me by saying ‘You signed the contract,’ and refuses to waive it, even though their own contract has a waiver option. He kept repeating ‘I’m not arguing with you’ and offered to cancel but wouldn’t fix my car without the fee. They basically scammed me, verbal lies to sell, then hide behind fine print. This is straight-up deceptive under NY law (GBL §349). I’ve got transcripts: Finance guy: ‘To go to zero deductible is like $800 more… the standard is $200.’ But he NEVER said that when selling! They refused service after I mentioned legal stuff, leaving my car unsafe with water inside. This place is a joke. shady sales, rude managers, and they don’t care about customers. I’ve seen other reviews about warranty scams here. Save your money and go elsewhere. these crooks will lie to your face and leave you high and dry. 1 star, and I’m reporting to NY AG, FTC, and BBB. #DealershipScam

I did not have to wait long for appointment. I always feel like Armory has the best mechanics for my Dodge Voyager and have always tried to care for my cars the best I could.
