Went in for AC issues. Not only did they fix all my issues, but they were upfront, clear, and honest with the work. Mechanic did numerous things for me on the house and didn’t charge me for them. I had noticed my serpentine belt was also going before I brought it in, and he pointed it out and gave me a great price on the repair. 10/10 wonderful people and I will come back to this shop if I’m ever in the area again.

Five stars without hesitation. All 4 One in Albany is the kind of shop you hope to find but rarely do. They handled my transmission work with real expertise, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. I also had a wheel alignment done along with general maintenance, and the car drives better than it has in years. The team is honest, skilled, and efficient, with fair pricing and quick turnaround. Paid for all 4 engine mounts to be replaced and full brakes all the way around. Over 3k in work to get my car back and see the old engine mounts still there. It appears they changed one side not the other, also my brakes are now seized, they were fine before. Call and speak to them less than an hour after picking up the car and make arrangements to bring the car back. He blaims the mechanic for not telling him the parts didn't come in and fixed a few minor things at no charge. Also replaced the calliper that was causing the brake issue. I absolutely had an appointment to bring the car back for the brakes that were done wrong. And yes the 3k in work was approved because after your initial diagnostic and telling us the car was worth the repair because and I quote "it's a Honda". You also did not address the fact that you did not even do the repair, I was charged and paid for. You Did not change the motor mounts. I will at this point just contact DMV and discuss your license with them. Edit. 3 weeks later I bring the car in because the heat shield is coming off. At this point I am now told that the entire car is rusted out. You just took 3k from me 3 weeks ago and tried to hand me another 1k bill for the exhaust. Twice they kept my car all day and didn't even look at it. On to the search again for an honest fair mechanic.

I Looooooove Dan, Tamara and the whole team!! They pretty much took my vehicle and made it new! The office for customer seating was clean. Dan was very informative, the front desk personal Tamara was very professional and the team work that was done was very clean & detailed work. Dan took his time with me and I truly couldn’t thank him enough. (Thank you Dan!! 😂) Also to mention! pricing became easy and affordable with their yearly and monthly memberships. (I went yearly😉 thank me later.) Thank you guys soooo much again♥️
