BJ was extremely helpful and he made our experience so smooth! I had a great experience with this body shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff made what could have been a stressful situation feel much less overwhelming. They were professional, communicative, and took the time to explain the repair process clearly. The quality of the work was excellent, and my vehicle looked fantastic when it was returned to me. I've been to Velocity twice for my Tesla. Both times I was impressed with their customer service and worksmanship. They always answered my calls and returned my emails promptly. Somthing that not many companies do these days. If you need a good shop for your car I highly recommend them. This is literally the 4th review I've ever done in my life.
