I can’t recommend Vegas Bus and Auto Service enough. I had been chasing an issue with my truck for a while and originally started with another mechanic shop. When they couldn’t figure it out I took it to the Ford dealership but they were also unable to properly diagnose the issue and the whole experience became frustrating and expensive. After spending time and money, I had honestly given up and was just driving my truck around with a random grinding noise. Someone recommended I bring it over to Vegas Bus and Auto Service and I’m glad I did. As soon as I arrived they took the time to actually listen to my symptoms and already had ideas of what could be causing the issue. Right away I could tell these guys truly know truck repair and automotive diagnostics. They diagnosed the problem extremely quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave me a real solution instead of guessing or throwing unnecessary parts at it. Their communication, professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail stood out immediately. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic shop in Las Vegas, quality auto repair, vehicle diagnostics, or a shop that actually takes the time to find the root cause of the problem instead of just replacing parts, this is the place!! Tim part owner at Vegas Bus and Auto Service is warm and friendly. Very welcoming. The waiting area is clean and modern. Even has a restroom for the gals. Definite plus. He has been in the mechanics business for many years. Tim and his business partner Ed opened a shop where they are honest and provide amazing service. I have a 2017 Lexus, over 65,000 miles. My brakes were making a little noise thought maybe I would need at the minimum brake pad replacement or even new rotors. Turns out my Lexus only needed a cleaning and lubricate brake pads. One hour labor out the door and very pocket book friendly ;} Highly recommend Vegas Bus and Auto Service to my family, friends and anyone looking for an honest experienced auto service shop!

View on GoogleBest customer service I’ve had in the Las Vegas area. These people really know how to take care of cars and their drivers wish I had found out about this shop a couple years ago! I dropped off my Honda Civic to have new hubs put on passenger and driver side. They had the parts waiting there for me that morning. I dropped it off and I took it home early afternoon. They’re quick, effective, great communication and reasonably priced. I can’t say enough about these guys I will be bringing all of my cars here for maintenance.
