⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I do not recommend this shop. I waited for over an hour before anyone even looked at my vehicle. During that time, three different employees got into my car, and it seemed like some of them didn’t even know how to put it in gear to move it. The actual inspection on the lift took about 10 minutes. What bothered me the most was that when I asked about the cost of the inspection beforehand, nobody told me the price. Only after the inspection was completed did I find out that I was being charged $160. After lifting the vehicle, they simply told me that the control arms needed to be replaced. I already knew there was a suspension issue because my steering wheel vibrates. The reason I came in was to get a proper diagnosis and find out whether it was safe to drive the vehicle home. In the end, my issue was not resolved. I left with the same questions I had when I arrived, but I was charged $160 for over an hour of waiting and about 10 minutes of actual inspection time. For that amount of money, I expected a much more professional and thorough evaluation. I honestly felt like they saw that I was driving an expensive vehicle and decided to charge a premium price for minimal work. In my opinion, this is not how customers should be treated. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop to others.

Beware new cars getting smog with gps system. I recently took my wife's and my car for smog check here. I was outside and watched the whole thing. Wife's car looked and went normal my car the guy opened the car door looked and came to get me. Said the port under the dash was tampered with and tagged that onto my plate with DMV which is not good. I had no problem 2 years ago with smog and had no work done to my car. I was charged full price and told to speak to dealership to restore to factory. I was confused and spoke to the dealership and they said all new cars come that way with gps. I called back to see if they would let me get scanned again without having to pay since they spent less than 15 minutes and charged me. They will make me pay for them to attempt it again. They will tag a tampered on DMV now I will have to take it elsewhere and hope they didn't screw me over on getting registered without having DMV inspection on my car to verify it's just GPS.... Complete BS and I got scammed for 15.00 and they only gave me more hassle and have to figure out how to get this tampered tag off my plate with DMV fun! Never going here again.

Stay away from this place! I went in for a smog test only and what I received was a auto repair shop tampering and sabotaging my vehicle so that they can make money from me. What this shop didn't know was that I had just serviced my vehicle at a local dealership nearby and only needed a smog test performed. When I brought in my vehicle, the manager of the shop led me back to their shop and pointed out (vissually) various hydraulic fluid leaking by the engine compartment, and that I needed to address it. I told him I had just came straight from a dealership after my services with them and that the dealership would have informed me of any leaking issues. So, I went back to the dealership and asked them why they didn't inform me of the issue. The dealership immediately provided me a video of their mechanic's inspection and in the video the engine compartment was spotless. I then went back to the VIP auto shop and confronted the manager about what had happened and he refused to accept that I caught him sabotaging my vehicle in an effort to charge me more for using more of their services. Long story short, stay away from this auto repair shop! They are SCAMMERS!

Don't waste your money! Shop around and check with friends for a more reliable repair shop. I expected labor charges to be high as with most mechanics but the inflated price on parts is just too much especially if they're aftermarket. They told me I should replace all my hoses because of age so $400 later and all they replaced were the two radiator hoses. I left there spending $1400. After a few days when things calmed down I started looking at my receipt. What a rip off. They say one thing and do another. NEVER AGAIN!
