This is my second time coming to this shop, and it definitely won't be my last. The level of customer service here is exceptional and honestly hard to find these days. I want to give a shoutout to George for taking the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my car. He took the time to really understand the issues I was experiencing and even walked me around my vehicle, showing me what was in good condition and what needed attention. I appreciated how transparent and honest he was throughout the process. He made sure my car got the services it actually needed and helped me understand where my money was best spent. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold. Also, a big thank you to Carmela. From scheduling my appointment to helping me at checkout, she was friendly and welcoming the whole time. She really set the tone for a great experience. Everyone at this shop provides outstanding customer service and genuinely treats customers with respect. It's rare to find a business that values people the way they do. You can tell they care about building trust rather than just making a sale. If you're looking for an auto shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and won't try to scam you, I highly recommend this place. They truly value their customers.

George and his crews were really professional and helpful during my service. Went into the shop to figure out a strange noise, and left feeling relieved thanks to their help! Overall very attentive, quick, and good price. Definitely will be going back
View on GoogleThe gentleman that I spoke with was like an Automobile Dr. He diagnosed the condition, and gave me preventative options. He did not try to push some service that my car didn’t need at this time. ‘I know that for a fact.’ Nor did they try to upsell me like Centennial Hundai dealership, where I purchased my car, was doing every time I went in there. I give this service center, AUTO USA, 5 whole stars. I’m feeling I can trust them. For now, I will definitely let them continue to care for my car.

View on GoogleI went to get my oil changed on Monday and they overfilled my vehicle. The next day Tuesday my car began to misfire. Had a mechanic check my oil level and it is way above the full line. Makes you feel it was intentional because they couldnt upsell more work to be done. The head guy there is always on the prowl to find something wrong with your car and get you to finance for repairs. Devious spirited, out for money in all ways possible with each customer. Also price qoutes are never the same. Been going there multiple times and am aware of my car maintenance needs and each time quoted it was a different price. They quote on what they feel. I completely cant trust this auto shop after this last maintenance. Best to find a private mechanic you can trust.
