I’m a girl and I’ll start off by saying that these gentleman right here treated me so respectfully, like older brothers. Complete gentleman and I’m usually very much intimated to go up to places by myself but they made the experience so smooth and simple for me. They gave me an amazing price for my oil and liquid changes. Enrique y Edgar were spectacular, explained everything very well. this is my go to spot from now on !!

I randomly came in here because I was actually on the east side of town and needed a smog check and noticed that they had a coupon for $7.77 for a smog check for just checking in. So that’s why I came here. She was very friendly as soon as I entered at the desk. it was also pretty quick only took 15 minutes. Plenty of places to sit on the inside when I was there. And when I love most about this place is that the guy didn’t try to sell me stuff at the end. He actually said my car was in great condition which for 2004 is pretty good. But I did just get my car fixed last December so it had better be in good condition. Haha! But I know sometimes with these places they try to sell you other things but this location did not which I was thankful for! Super super nice and super friendly.

08.13.23. As soon as they got your keys and their clipboard, they made a damage to your engine without knowing. And they will bring another matter to raise a concern on how unsafe to drive your car and how to much the cost of repair. Trust me, these guys are unethical. Updated: 03.11.23 BAD mechanics, BAD customer service, BAD location, BAD reputation, BAD Business ethics. Not a trusted auto mechanic. Read the reviews and likes on this location. Bad management and bad services, this location ripping people off. I've been using this place for the past 3 years for a smog test. Last month, I came in as usual and asked to smog my car , the shop manager, and Sr. Technician asked me to show something in my car that needed to be fixed, so I listened and felt not comfortable with them standing next to my car and negotiating the price of $1400 to fix the part and labor. All I wanted is a smog test in 10 minutes that lasted 1 hr , the Manger was holding my keys after passing the smog, I felt hostage and not safe to come back and dealing with these thugs. Make a U TURN and find another shop.

I went for oil change second time first time They did not rotate my tires. Second time I come back now. They asked me if I want. Tires rotated again said yes it’s free. I marked my tires and when it came back out, they didn’t rotate them again. My oil filter was not changed. Also just changed the oil put oil back in is all the oil cover was never removed to put the new filter in. I checked it also as they stated on their site, their professionals and quality work that’s not professional and quality work if not completing their work or even doing it I posted my review my post on here. It’s been three days now and have not heard a reply back from them so they know that they’re in the wrong. They didn’t do the job that they’re supposed to be doing and they call their self professional professionals no manager, no calls nothing nobody has replied back to my comment.

Went in for a regular oil change walked out paying $374. I was told my oil was completely black even though I just got an oil change three months ago they changed and charged me for an oil tank gasket and an oil flush two months later, I went to another mechanic and found out that my oil pan was never removed. All the bolts were rusted shut still and I was leaking oil profusely. Had to get it done all over again correctly Buyer beware with this place.
