USA Auto Service #3

I initially took my car in for a quick smog, however since their pricing is great I also got an oil change. They include a free inspection and Moris walked me through what he saw, gave me his honest professional opinion and suggestion with no pressures. Micah up at front is friendly and outgoing. I saw him work with other customers and he has great patience, great customer service. I stopped by just by chance but I will be returning and highly recommend their service! Did I mention their fast and thorough!

I was heading out to get a smog check after dropping my pup off at the groomer when I stumbled on to this place within the same plaza. So glad I did! Smog check was $9.99!! I've never paid that low before. They are the cheapest in town. Everyone was so nice. Hector also advised me to get my rear brakes replaced and showed me exactly where the issue was. Great customer service!!

This place is nice to your face only so they can take advantage of you, lie to you, recommend things the vehicle does not need, and even sabotage your vehicle. I have been going here for the inexpensive oil changes for years. Every time, they walk you under the vehicle and tell you what's wrong with it, even if there isn't anything wrong. They even suggest services that they have previously just done. They are super friendly while doing this, then use scare tactics, (if you don't fix this now, the car isn't safe to drive, type thing). Recently, my daughter took her car in for an oil change. They told her the power steering pump needed to be replaced, told her it was leaking, told her she needed a new rack and pinion (we just had that done at a real mechanic last summer). They gave her a quote of almost 2 grand to fix it. When I brought it in to a real mechanic, they told me, that the place that did the oil change, did not do it correctly, and it wasn't leaking power steering fluid at all, just the oil. And the oil leak was caused by usa auto service #3 not doing the oil change correctly. So I paid 60 dollars for the real mechanic to fix what usa auto service #3 did to my car. My daughter was so conned my the politeness, she left a 5 star review. Please realize, anyone who gives this place a 5 star review, only wants the free oil change they offer for doing so. The last time I took the car there, both people in the waiting room, told me the mechanics said something major was wrong with their car. One older gentleman told me, he was confused about the repair because he thought he just had that done, but he didn't think a mechanic would flat out lie. THESE MECHANICS LIE, CHEAT, AND DAMAGE YOUR CAR!! THE CHEAP OIL CHANGE AND SMOG CHECKS ARE JUST A WAY TO GET IN YOU IN SO THEY CAN TAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE. Do NOT allow them to take advantage of you. I can not believe the people that run this shop have no conscience what so ever. I can't believe they are allowed to continue to be in business. The owner should be ashamed.

USA Auto Service came highly recommended by a friend, and I walked in not knowing what to expect. Luckily, these guys were awesome. They understood how important it was for me to be back on the road, got my Mercedes done the very next day, and somehow made it more affordable than anyone else I checked with in the area. Great people, great service. I highly recommend them.

USA Auto Repair – Extremely Disappointed With Service I have been taking my truck to USA Auto Repair since I first owned it, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Over time, I kept bringing my vehicle back because it continued having issues shortly after each repair. The most recent major service was engine-related, but after leaving the shop my truck stopped running properly and eventually broke down in the middle of the road. Now I’m being told it may be the catalytic converter, and I’m also being informed that my warranty does not cover the repair. At this point, I’m left without a working vehicle and financially unable to keep paying for repeated repairs. I feel frustrated and confused because the problems seem to continue or get worse after each visit. I’m sharing this because I believe customers should be aware of my experience before trusting major repairs with this shop.
