USA Auto Service #2

Went there to do a smog check. Was done in about half an hour. Used promotional coupon deal. Thank you for honoring my coupon and placing paper on the rug before getting in the car. I didn't like that they drove my car into the shop and to the parking lot. That was little weird. I would prefer they asking me to drive in and out instead. Other than that it was ok. Thank you.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in for an oil change. Simple right?? Well the technician basically tried to bully me into saying my car had no coolant , I needed new spark plugs( I do those myself simple fix) and I had a bad oil leak even had his colleague back it up and say yeaaah it’s bad. They said it’s a liability and flat out refused to touch my car unless I let them replace the oil pan and seal the oil pan and coolant leak. They had the audacity to say “ we offer financing If thats your situation” no I just didn’t trust your diagnosis. If I had no coolant my car would be overheating and it wasn’t. I took it to a competitor nearby. Did not mention any of what USA said and the mechanic changed the oil inspected my car and said they found here’s the surprise, no leaks! my break pads are fine the fluids are all great just to fix the tire pressure sensor. Even though the mechanic said rhe tires were full and fine. USA mechanics are sales men not mechanics and bullies that prey on women. When we don’t sign for the upselling they refuse business and money like a man child because they’re losing out on they’re sales tactic of “$20 oil changes to fish for more work that is not required” Shame on you people. Ladies please take your vehicles somewhere else for ANYTHING. Do not trust them.

Stopped going here a year ago. They tried to sell me a job without actually diagnosing the problem. I ended up going to the Dealership and it was a common Subaru issue so the Dealership took care of it. This place also over torqued my lug nuts on a tire rotation so when I went to Tire Works for a flat repair they didn’t want to risk stripping the bolt. I came back here and they ordered a new wheel bolt/lug nuts and fixed the issue for free thankfully but that wasted my whole day. I used to come here but it feels like they try to sell jobs that aren’t necessary. I’ve sent my wife here and they were rude to her. I see the reviews are still bad a year later. Such a shame because this place is close to home.

I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed because I got a quote from Meinke for $5500 to replace my brake pads and rotors. When I went into USA Auto Service the manager Gary said they could drastically beat that price and quoted me $2000 for the exact same work being done. Between Gary and Russell they did an amazing job getting my car back and up on the road. They’re very knowledgeable and do outstanding work. I will be going to USA Auto Service from now on!

Came in to deal with serious problem. I have an 2002 Jeep Liberty. Had went to several other shops to be either turned away or scammed. But this shop is awesome. They work hard and in my opinion are ever so honest. No bs and they explain all options and what is suggested to be taken care. As an older female this is absolutely how service should be performed. I had to have my shift solenoid replaced. And they even took the massive dent out of my transmission pan as well. I can finally say, I have found my mechanic shop to Come too. Thank you so much.
