Professional and clean environment, Alyssa Was very helpful. Her and a technician showed and explained to me what was going on with my brakes and CV axles and rear main seal which I did not know until I brought my vehicle to them. I felt that the service was great and I'm very pleased with USA Auto service.

I had originally taken my car to another shop where they gave me an estimate for over $4,000 worth of repairs. It seemed excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion.As soon as I walked in, Alyssa at the front desk/manager was incredibly kind and got me in right away. After the technicians inspected my car, they found that only a few of the items from the original estimate actually needed to be repaired—the rest were completely fine. Alyssa went over everything with me, gave me an honest estimate for only the work that was actually needed, and even worked out a really great price.What impressed me the most was how transparent they were throughout the entire process. Alyssa kept me updated every step of the way and even sent me pictures while the work was being done. That really gave me peace of mind and made me trust that they were only charging me for the repairs that were actually completed.Everyone here, from the management to the technicians, was friendly, professional, and honest. My car feels so much better now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs!
