I found Up and Go! Auto Repair two years ago right after moving from out of state, and they have been my go-to shop ever since. Jose and his entire team are absolutely fantastic. Finding a trustworthy mechanic in a new city can be daunting, but they made the transition seamless. They handle all of my routine oil changes, but what I appreciate most is their proactive approach to maintenance. They always keep me ahead of the game with recommended services based on my car's mileage, helping me prevent major issues down the road. When unexpected problems have popped up, they've been an absolute lifesaver. They've quickly and accurately diagnosed and repaired some major issues for me, including replacing a broken brake booster, a cracked radiator, and a dying cooling fan. Jose took the time to break down each problem, explain the necessary repair steps, and offer honest recommendations without any high-pressure sales tactics. Their communication is top-notch, their pricing is fair, and the quality of work speaks for itself. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and highly skilled shop, I can't recommend Jose and the Up and Go! Auto Repair team enough!

Came in for basic oil change and a transmission service. Ended up having more issues with my truck that I was unaware of at the time. They showed me everything before touching it. Ended up having to pull the transmission and change all gaskets and some coolant hoses! But they are quick and do quality work that's not a rip off! Will be coming here as long as this crew stays

I had taken my car to another shop because I needed to get my check engine light off and up and go was not a 2G affiliated station. I had to take it somewhere else so my friend suggested that I take it to her mechanic. Well, I did and I should’ve gone with my gut first thing but this particular repair shop is that they make you pay upfront. In a nutshell, they didn’t even do the repairs but they tried to charge me $1000 which they did. My transmission ended up blowing up. I’ve never had trouble with my transmission ever. My car was perfect. Perfectly sound I just had to get the check engine light off moving forward so I took my car to Up And Go, Auto Repair. That’s where I always have taken my car, but like I said there was no way I could because they are not a 2G affiliated station. OK so Jose he is the manager there at the shop he rents that shop like a fine tooth cone. I’ve never had a problem with them. He’s always fair with prices. He’s thorough and he’s professional. That is something that you cannot find here. Las Vegas when it comes to auto mechanic repair shops after inspecting my car Jose called me back and told me unfortunately I need a whole new transmission so that’s exactly what he did him and his team they replaced my car with a rebuilt Transmission. The price was extremely fair and he let me do it in three installments. He’s a very trustworthy businessman again you cannot find anyone when it comes to the repair shop industry in Las Vegas to be honest he thoroughly inspect my car and I did not drive my car out the lot until he said I could he took the car for a test drive not only did he do that. He actually stopped at a smog test station and paid for My smog as a courtesy which I thought was above and beyond and of course my car pass smog Jose and his team at Up And Go, Auto Repair are Vegas is Vegas‘s best Keppt secret if you want your car fixed correctly at a fair price then that’s where you need to go thanks guys. You guys got me back on the road safe and sound!

I had a great experience with Up and Go Auto Repair ! They helped me with my car issues in a timely manner and were super helpful throughout the whole process . The owner, Jose is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done . I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism . Definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back for any future car troubles .

First time visiting this auto shop for an oil change and lo and behold the mechanics found issue with my shock, upper control arms were cracked or at least on of them and they rotated the tires. Driving the truck for a few miles in bumpy roads sure made the difference to have this work done. Pricey but needs. Job well done and the main mechanic Joseph was awesome. Listened very well.💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I just might have my son have his oil changed there as well.
