Staff here are amazing and honest. They could have easily turned me down for minor service. GM is more than accommodating fixing my Tesla rearview mirror that completely fell off and cleaned the visibility of my camera. Will definitely come back for other services.

Ok if you have a Tesla please just read this real quick my 2026 Model Y got damaged and I found Universal Motorcars on Google. wasn’t sure what to expect honestly because Tesla auto body repair is not something every shop knows how to do right. bad panel alignment, paint that doesn’t match, sensors acting up after — I’d read enough reviews on Tesla forums to know it can go very wrong very fast so I was nervous dropping it off ngl picked it up and I’m not exaggerating — perfect. paint matched, panels are straight, car drives exactly how it should. no weird sensor warnings, nothing. just my car looking exactly how it looked before. if you’re a Tesla owner and something happens to your car, don’t just go anywhere. find people who actually know these cars.
