What a great place to take your car for service! Went there because my car engine light came on, they thoroughly checked and diagnosed my problems, they were so nice and explained to me what was occurring and how to fix it. Carlos was so nice and understanding, the mechanic he assigned to my car was awesome did a great job! Thank you. A shout out to Rosie! She was great working with me on prices etc appreciate that. While passing through Las Vegas my engine light came on so I had Auto Zone check the code. It said that the transmission needed repairs. I found United transmission and called to see if they could check it out. They were very nice and helpful and told us to bring it right in. They checked it out and pulled a sample of the fluid that showed some debris from the clutch’s starting to fail. He explained that it could not be rebuilt due to lack of parts available. The only option was to get a new one from GM which would be weeks or months to get one. I asked if he thought it would make it another six hundred miles to get home. He was honest with me and said it was impossible to tell but he thought it might make it. It made it. My wife and I were very impressed with their helpful and caring manner. When I asked how much I owed them for the time spent, they refused any money just to let them know that we made it home safe. I definitely would recommend United transmission for your transmission needs

I took my 2021 Silverado in because the transmission was slipping. When they called to tell me it needed a new transmission, they already had the part price, labor cost, and lead time ready to go. I have a third-party warranty, and Rosie took it from there — I honestly just sat back while they handled everything: contacting the warranty company, ordering parts, and filing all the paperwork. Carlos was great and super easy to talk to. He walked me through the issues with the truck, explained how he diagnosed it, and I even found out he plays instruments. If I could give a 10 out of 5, I would. I would absolutely return if I have any more issues. The whole crew are rockstars.

Brought my car to get diagnosed over past transmission issues needing my car to drive 16 hours away. Carlos was quick to test drive and diagnose. Didn’t find anything current but is a very honest tech would recommend. Office lady was also accommodating :)
