I had a great experience at this auto center from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed. The service was completed on time, pricing was fair, and my vehicle runs perfectly now. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, efficient, and genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

Would rate them 1000 stars if I could. I went for a full synthetic oil change and they went above and beyond. They helped me tremendously my car is driving so good. Filled up my tires and helped with a coolant leak. Very sufficient. Will definitely be back they know what they are doing.

Great shop with excellent customer service. D and Ali are amazing very attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took great care of my car, and now it runs perfectly with no leaks at all. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place!

Customer BEWARE!!!! I trusted the shop as a mechanic friend of mine, referred me here…. But just like every other shop in Nevada, they’ve tried to take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman…. I’ve brought two cars here and spent a total of $25,000 On various repairs….. And neither one of my vehicles are in good working order currently…. I’m going to have to take the shop to court. I’ve been patiently dealing with this shop for a year now while they smiled in my face and told me they were trying to help me…… And then gave me back my car in unacceptable condition….. My daily driver car even has a warranty that they have made several claims towards, but there aren’t repairs done to my car and my car is not driving…… How do you pay for a full coverage warranty and a shop put $20,000 of repairs into your car and then give it back to you in undrivable condition???,

This repair facility is dishonest and shady. What I exprienced today, was not the first time. The manager there is inexperienced, ignorant and needs to be trained in the repair auto industry and up to par with customer service. The manager told me they could not repair my vehicle because they ran into an issue with a part on my car. I guess he just wanted me to take his word and shut up. He said prior work that was done on my car, that shop damaged the part. So, I called the last repair place, on speaker, I went in for service, and he kindly explained everything to me. Meanwhile, the manager is off to the side constantly interrupting my thinking. Im trying to understand so as a woman and someone who knows nothing about cars, I can protect myself: money and car. Even the mechanic, Kenny Ibelieve his name was, great mechanic was trying to help me understand and make me feel like I can trust him. And I did. I just appreciate him trying because the manager kept trying to shut him up. I didn't understand. And because I was trying to get understanding and on many occasions I detected shady behavior from the manage, he calls me rude. But Kenny and a friend of his reassured me that I was not rude or wrong. So, the job was communicated and agreed on $500. But, because I could not leave my car on a Saturday until Monday, the manager said I, 1st: had to pay $500 because it is not their fault and they started the labor. I said absolutely not! They didn't complete the work. 2nd, we negotiated I, after I mentioned, I pay $250 today and the 2nd half of the $500 when I returned next Sat. I guess, all the negotiating was ti ensure I return. And I was. But then the manager said, 3rd: I pay $250 today then I return and pay $500. Now that is making the job $750. Even Kenny agreed that my mention was fair. So, Kenny tried to bat for me with the owner and the owner agreed. Until, the manager goes behind Kenny and said $250 today, $500 next Sat. I didn"t agree. After much back and forth we agreed on $250 today and $250 next Sat. But the manager didnt want to put it in writing. The manager was hold my keys as a hostage as I was making a payment. He still didnt give my keys. I sign the receipt after payment and I asked for an itenized invoice that is due to me as a customer and I like to keep record on who does what on my car because you never know AND if I need work after and Im asked what work Ive had on my car-Records! Simple. Well, the manager refused my request. He threatened to call the police, so I called because he bluffed. But why did I do that? The police, 4 of then came out, and helped the manager with his shady acts because he was hot. The officer said the business an refuse service. I said thats fine, but all Im asking for is an itemized invoice of work done, labor charge and the findings that prvented work. As a customer, especially, from a repair shop, I am due that. So, the hot and dump cops allowed the business to not provide me receipt. And, told me to leave the premises as if I was the criminal. I was so surprised! If you Google it, you will see your rights as a customer who gets work done at any shop. I know they didnt provide me an itemized receipt because they didnt do anything. Kenny, literally had put my car back together to drive off in 15 to 20 mins tops! I watched and listened, all Kenny did was removed my wheel axle cover and saw the issue that provented further work. And the manager charged me $250. Work was not done so receipt was not created. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR WORK! And they have a sign, I have never seen at any repair shop, if you are an angry customer they are voing to charge yiu $25 for putting up with you. They definite have a scam system making people angry. Thats why that sign is there. Scammers! They probably paid the cops off. Kenny and his friend thst witnessed everything, thank you for your kindness , professionalism and assure me I was not wrong. Now, my check engine light is on AND the issue I went there for wasn't resolved. I wish I never found them online.
