You have to see for yourself. This is the way business used to be and should be done. Andrew and his crew are the real deal. They do excellent auto repair work at a very reasonable price - almost unheard of in Las Vegas. They replaced the lower control arms, lower ball joints and sway bar linkages on my 245K mi suv -- at my request -- and it handles like new! He even swapped out my remote battery as a courtesy - without me asking! Go here. Just go here. You'll be as happy as me that you did.

Brought in my 1999 Runner with some various issues that come with having an older vehicle. I’ve had this truck for 20 years and it’s recently been important to me to find a shop that actually specializes in Toyotas and this place is IT. Andrew and his team are great. They actually dug in to figure out what the real problems were, and provided me with legit quality repairs, not just slapping a bandaid on a big issue like some places do. The prices are fair and the communication while my truck was in the shop was much appreciated. I hope to have this thing another 20 years and having a reliable, knowledgable and quality Toyota mechanic with Trusted Imports will help with that. Thanks guys!👍

07 is250. Was recommended by my brother to call and go through this place. Andrew is very rude. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. I just called to see about dropping my car off tomorrow and as soon as I mentioned the problem he started just being so rude. 1. Throwing his years as a mechanic in my face like I doubted his knowledge when I never did. 2. Immediately considering the most expensive option to fix my car instead of what’s actually wrong. Not even 30 seconds into the conversation he just started being mean about my situation and I didn’t even say anything but what was wrong with my car. The moment he answered the phone I said I was recommended by my brother and what the problem was and it went downhill from there. He lost two customers. Me and my brother.

Skip dealerships!! You ask for oil change and leave with $10k bill. GPTd most trustworthy repair shops and TI was first in line. They are patriotic, not woke, love freedom, and completely fixes your car with honest assessment. Wanted a brake fluid check but wouldn’t do it because fluid was clean. Who does that? Only good businesses and people. Bring in your car and get it fixed instead of dealerships fixing your bank account.
