Brought my BMW X6 here after a serpentine belt snapped because of the tensioner. BMW quoted me $5,000 then I called here and the price was unbelievably fair, they got me out within 3 hours that waiting for parts and labor time as well, very professional and straight forward I would recommend this place to anyone for reliable, affordable and fast service in your car. They sell you what you NEED, unlike other shops/ dealerships here in LAS Vegas

I brought my vehicle to Triton Auto Care for an alignment and other repairs totaling approximately $1,600. The shop kept my vehicle longer than originally anticipated. When I returned to pick it up, I was informed that the alignment could not be properly completed unless I purchased and installed an additional part costing approximately $600. Despite paying for the alignment service, my vehicle’s alignment remained incorrect, with the steering pulling noticeably to the right. The shop maintained that the additional part was necessary to correct the issue. Unsatisfied with the result, I sought a second opinion from another independent repair shop. The technician there was able to properly correct the alignment in approximately 20 minutes without installing any additional parts. According to the technician, the issue appeared to be that Triton Auto Care either misdiagnosed the problem or was unable to properly perform the alignment. After having the alignment corrected elsewhere, I contacted Triton Auto Care to request a refund for the alignment service, as the work I paid for had not been completed satisfactorily and I was forced to pay another shop to fix the issue. Triton Auto Care stated that they would need to inspect my vehicle to verify my claim before considering a refund. I returned to their shop with both my vehicle and documentation from the second repair facility. However, after inspecting the vehicle, Triton Auto Care still refused to issue any refund. As a result, I paid for an alignment service that was not properly performed and incurred additional expense to have the problem corrected elsewhere. I am filing this complaint because I believe I was charged for a service that was either performed improperly or not completed as represented, and the business refused to provide reimbursement even after the issue was independently corrected and documented by another repair facility.

Had an amazing experience at Triton Auto Care. I came in on short notice with a DLC issue that was causing me problems with my smog test, and Andy took care of it within minutes. Not only was he fast and efficient, but you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Solid work, honest service, and just an all-around great guy with strong character. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs reliable auto care. Appreciate you, Andy.

I went in because the check engine light went on and it was not covered under my extended warranty. They took me right away and found the problem. They told me how much it would cost and approximately how long it would take. They were very kind and charged a fair price compared to others. They did not try to upsell me like others. I would recommend Triton to anyone! They are now my go to repair shop.
