The ZF 8 Speed on my BMW E84 x1 was coming up at 50,000 miles and was due for a fluid change. I called them up on a Friday afternoon to inquire about their service, I had purchased the cover that has the filter and fluid that I was going to perform before my heart attack. Most shops won’t mess with parts the customer brings in but Billy was gracious enough to take care of it with the parts I brought in to do the service. He told me to come in when they open in morning. Monday morning, I asked if he could change the front and rear differential fluid as well as the transfer case, he didn’t have any BMW DTF1 on hand so I picked up a quart from the dealer before his tech Samuel came in at 8a. They were really nice about explaining everything and got done by 10a.

I had a great experience with Billy at Transmission Service Center. I brought in my Ford Fusion Hybrid last year because of a transmission leak, and he checked everything for free. Billy was incredibly honest and fair, he took the time to look into the issue and even tried to fix the problem before realizing it needed a specialized repair. He referred me to a place that could help with my hybrid transmission. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly looks out for you, and Billy definitely does. Highly recommend him and this shop for their integrity and great service!

I saw another TJ getting transmission work when I arrived so I figured I was in the right place. I've been driving the wheels off my Jeep since I got it back and the rebuilt transmission has been flawless. Billy quoted me a reasonable price for the job and there were no surprises at checkout.

I have been battling with an aftermarket clutch in my tenth gen civic, and after my release bearing finally gave out I decided to swap it back to OEM. Billy gave me very fair pricing, updated me throughout the whole process, and charged me extremely competitively. Despite some sourcing problems on my end and needing some extra parts, Billy was very patient throughout the whole process and still completed the swap in a quarter of the time it took the last shop. Billy and his team were super helpful and knowledgeable, and my Civic feels like it did when I first got it, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing a swap from a racing kit or a service, these guys knocked it out the park.
