I had a great experience at Tire Works a couple of days ago. They fixed my tire for free and were incredibly nice throughout the process. I also noticed they have a promotion for free oil changes right now. Highly recommend this location for their honesty and great staff! Tire Works is located at 8825 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89147
View on GoogleFirst off I was super happy this was close to my home. I called the store to ask about an oil change and I was happy that Connor helped me! He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He upgraded my oil change and filter change with adding on new tires! It was cheaper here than at Discount T. lol. The services were done in a timely manner. The place looked very clean and neat(other than the bathroom hehe, but I get that, buncha dudes working there and customers). Overall I met some older men who chopped it up with me. Very happy and friendly customers. Seems like a very reputable place when you hear the guy in front of you say “how much? $700 something, heck yeah let’s do it!” I’ll definitely return when in the time of need. View on GoogleI normally have good experiences when I come to the Flamingo location. Today wasn't the case. I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:30 online. I figured that would give them enough time to do my oil change. I assume now they go through your whole car to tell you the issues with your car after the fact. Went over the issues and I agreed to it. I was told it will be in the same time frame as the oil change. I asked will I be out before 1130 because I have a meeting. I was told yes. It is now 1020 and I asked again. I was told should be done in 20 mins. That didn't happen. My car wasn't done until after 1130. I told them before hand I have to get to this meeting. Everytime I looked in the window, there was no one working on my car. When I did see someone by the car they were talking to another person. I expect better service than this. I've been coming here for many years. Not sure if I want to return. To me they just wanted to make sure they tacked on the other service to make more money. They didn't care about my time at all. What's the point in making an appointment. Not happy at all.

From the speed of service to the quality just was amazed at how quickly they did everything and how clean… fastest OIL CHANGE I HAVE EVER SEEN 😭😭 GREAT job from the service rep Tyler on all the info and plans they have. Amazing location access as well. The manager Connor for sure knows his stuff as well 😁😁 so close to home as well, can’t lose on their deals and prices… A++ for sure

On top of the routine work on changing tires for us and doing a quality inspection over my car to find underlying issues of my suspension and offering provided services with a great price. And when we had a dead battery of our motorcycle that was down the street they offered us a jump at no cost. Excellent quality and service. Everyone was nice and friendly
