The last time I came here I was saddened to hear that the Manager Simone had retired. He was so pleasant, thorough, and helpful all the time. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Well, guess what? He’s back! I’m so happy to see a familiar face again! I brought my Camaro in for tires. They took my car in, had my tires ordered, and I was out in two hours! Keep in mind, these were special-ordered Pirelli. I couldn’t be happier! If anybody ever gives these guys a bad review, they are probably just demanding and unreasonable people. TireWorks on S Jones are the best group ever! I will continue to bring all 8 of my vehicles here. Thank you Simone!

On March 23rd, I visited Tire Works mid-afternoon to get an oil change. Once I dropped off my vehicle, you would assume everything went smoothly — that was NOT the case. 30 minutes after my visit, I noticed a HUGE leak underneath my car, and noticed it was the oil I JUST changed. I went back to the shop, had it there overnight, and the following morning — March 24th — they told me it would cost $2500 to repair something the workers couldn’t fix properly because they’re incompetent and terrible at their jobs. No one in the shop is watching them as they work to confirm they’re providing the best service and taking the proper safety measures needed when fixing a customer’s CAR. After seeing their mistake, I took matters into my own hands and went to the BMW dealership to purchase an ORIGINAL part, not Tire Work’s aftermarket trash. The entire repair cost me $22, which shows how careless, unprofessional, and overpriced this shop is — charging me $2500 and stating it would be a 10-hour labor job when it took ME 45 MINUTES to repair and cost me $22. Charging me THOUSANDS of dollars for such an easy fix is absolutely ridiculous. This business is a joke, and people should NEVER waste their time here if they’re looking for a RELIABLE and price-worthy place. Absolute trash.

All Tire Works locations consistently provide great service, but I especially like this branch for its convenient location near my office. It makes vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. I appreciate that they provide all the necessary information and recommendations without any pressure; the final decision is always mine. They genuinely focus on keeping my vehicle running smoothly. Most recently, they replaced the struts and shocks on my truck and did an amazing job!
