Rob and the guys are truly great and amazing. They took their time to install my new tires and wheels. They Made sure eveything went smooth. Couldn’t ask for more and I would recommend this shop in the area.
View on GoogleI went to Tire Works on Boulder Highway for an Oil change and tire rotation. I also knew in the back of my mind that I would be needing a set of new tires soon. Bob the assistant store manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and he informed me that the right front tire had a screw embedded in the middle of the tire and that the dept of the tire thread was very low. He also informed me that the brake pads were worn below the specs, he actually took me back into the shop and showed me the tire(s) and the brake pads and rotors. Bob did not pressure me and gave me several options; he went through several types and brands of new tires. He was very patient and he was willing to work with the customer, customers kept coming in the store while he was helping me, he was working the counter by himself and he was able handle all of the customers. Bob was able to give me some great discounts and I was very happy with my new set of Cooper Tires, alignment and brake pad replacement and resurfacing of the rotors and the oil change. Great job Bob, keep up the awesome work, I will be returning to this Tire Works store for all the servicing for my vehicles.

Robert took care of everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He clearly explained what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout, and ensured I understood the costs before any work began. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Most importantly, he didn’t try to take advantage of me or overcharge me like some other repair shops—especially US Auto Service—sometimes do. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for honest service and someone who genuinely cares about customers, ask for Robert. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleI had a great experience with Robert at the helm of my trip. He found me a different tire at the price I was looking for when the one I saw online wasn’t available. He didn’t try to wildly upsell me which has happened. It had to be sent to the store but he kept me updated through the day. I love the new reporting system so I could see the inspection results on my car sent to my email. I needed a ride up the street to my job because I just don’t feel comfortable walking on Boulder and one of the mechanics took care of me. When I picked up my car it was pouring rain and Robert handed me my keys and said “you’ve got new tire but still be sure to drive carefully.” Sealed the deal on a good experience. Every service should be this easy and smooth.
