so I'm having to travel a vehicle back to Louisiana from Las Vegas. The guys here were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend if your wife or your daughter has to travel on the road. Send your car here. Have them check it out before they get on the road. They treat everyone like they treat their family and it was an amazing experience and it was. I happen to catch a sale on the oil change. I was even happy about that cause it saved me almost 100 bucks but I come in and out of Vegas a lot. I have kids that live here so my other daughter will be here with her car to get her brakes done probably in the next month but this place is worth the drive if you're in any other place In Vegas and I don't give five star ratings lightly this place got a five star rating and they were prompt. I didn't have a whole day wasted. and they checked rotated and balance my tires that were bought here a year ago

Service requested: i like getting my oil change here. Pretty reasonable price here. They like to do thorough check ups all the time which I like, some oil change places do not and just do the standard oil change with is fine. The only downside it does take time to do an oil change which is about 1 hour and half. Quality: customer service is always thorough and polite. value: As i get older, i do appreciate the little things, customer service, thorough checks with the car and gives you a heads up on what to prepare for.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Works. The customer service is poor, and the employees at the front desk are not helpful or professional. Every time I stop by to ask for a price, I'm told they're giving me a price "off the top of their head," and the quotes always seem much higher than expected. As a customer, I expect accurate estimates, honesty, and respectful service. Unfortunately, I haven't received that here. I believe management should consider improving customer service and replacing or retraining the front desk employee to provide a more professional experience.

I had a flat and wanted to get a repair done. My tires were too far gone to repair and they made me a great deal on a set of 4 new ones with road certificates and everything else needed to get me back on the road for my vacation here in Las Vegas. Adam was great and manager Dean even changed my oil and filter included in the price! Go see them, you won’t be disappointed!

Hello everyone, I am rewriting my review regards to this place today. I took my second truck because of the stupid sensor did not work so they replaced it for me last week for $117 today I walked in there and one sensor was out again on a different Chevy truck. I went in there and he said $96 I said perfect . Let’s go ahead and do it then I see outside that the employee is taking pictures of my truck and taking pictures of my license plate I found that very bizarre then on top of that the person named Frank I don’t know if he’s the owner or not very rude. Very disrespectful. Very naïve . He was not only rude to the person in front of me. He was also rude to me as well and when I say rude, the $96 fee changed into $400 fee and he was like well I told you that’s how much it’ll be very cocky very rude. I would never ever go back to this place. I want to discount tires and discount tires will not do one sensor. They will do all of the sensors and I only paid $311 considering this place wanted $400 to replace sensors buyer beware .Have driving to four different tire locations and getting four different quotes. I called tire Works and this nice young lady answered the phone and explained what I needed to know so I took my car there. I got it done within 30 minutes with no hassle no insults and great service will recommend this place.
