I want to give a big thank you to James and Rick for the excellent service they provided. They did a great job taking care of my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process with constant communication. James even stayed late to make sure everything was completed and that my car was taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. I've been bringing my vehicles here for all of my service work for years, and I've always been treated well. However, the staff working today was probably the best it's ever been. Their professionalism, customer service, and dedication really stood out. I highly recommend this shop and appreciate everything they do for their customers.

Here is the English translation: The location is very convenient — small, but comfortable. However, the staff performance is extremely disappointing. I arrived in the morning, and there was no one in the office — I had to spend about 20 minutes trying to find any employee. Around lunchtime, it turned out they have a break, but it is not indicated anywhere in their schedule. I have now been waiting for over an hour, and still no one has shown up. The organization is very poor.

This place is an absolute JOKE! We purchased 4 tires for a truck that were recommended by the store themselves only less than 7 months ago. The day after we drove out of their shop we called them and told them that the tires felt off and were not right. We brought it in and they stated they were fine. We had since brought it in 3 more times with the same issue and complaint. Nothing was done about it, they told us they were fine and in fact nothing was fine. Now today - literally 7 months of having the tires we bring them back for now the FIFTH time, and the Store Manager, Craig Dillon tells us the tires purchased are "CRAP" tires and YES those were his exact words! He then tells us that the Vegas heat had worn them down and that they were not in warranty nor did we purchase an extra warranty therefore now, we need to purchase ANOTHER four new tires, not to mention the inner walls were poor and appeared to be a faulty tire?!?! EXCUSE ME, what?! Now, when we bring the history of these tires to his attention he says, "there is nothing I can do for you, you should have bought the warranty, but I can offer you our special of buy one get one free." He even went into the system abnd confirmed the constant complaints and revisits and just offered no help, no kindness, just condescending remarks & attitude toward the situation - and then continued to say things such as, "I would have never sold these to you, these are bad tires." Isn't it funny that he was the store manager 7 months ago too? SO, SIR YOU DID SELL THEM TO US!!! Matter of fact on the second & third visit he dealt with us directly! The disgust is unbelievable at the lack of customer service, not to mention the 4.5 hours we wasted in their store for him to be completely rude and unprofessional regarding the situation. Needless to say we took our $900 purchase of 4 new tires to DISCOUNT TIRES on Eastern and will proudly support their team and kindness they met us with and unbelievably quick service!!! Mr Craig Dillon leaves a lot to be desired in his customer service and Tire Works should rethink their leadership choices in this store!!!!

One of the worst experiences at this location ever! I have gone here for years and was always great. Change in staff and now it’s terrible. Don’t go here if your a woman as they think you are stupid and try to have you spend $2,200 in repair you don’t need and use fear tactics to get you to pay! I had car checked today by the dealership and none of the “safty issues “ are real. This is fraud and unethical behavior.
