Had a really great experience at Tire Works. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Chip and especially Dylan were very professional, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. Dylan took the time to clearly explain the different components involved in the oil change and made sure I understood what was being done to my car without feeling pressured. It’s hard to find people who are patient and genuinely helpful, and he definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location if you want friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

Dylan provided excellent service!!! I called in the morning to confirm my appointment, and he answered with a friendly uplifting attitude. When I arrived, he was just as kind. I really appreciated him taking the time to walk me through all of the diagnostics on my vehicle, in an-easy-to-understand way. He is a great communicator! He even went the extra mile to give me a detailed itemized quote on additional services I will need in the future. I’m impressed with how personable, yet professional and knowledgeable he was throughout my service (and his co-worker as well!). Authentic employees who go above and beyond are always a valuable asset. I will definitely be back to Tire Works and recommend them to others.

I had an amazing experience at Tire Works. I came in with multiple issues including a radiator leak and a driver side strut/shock problem, plus my window dropped and wouldn’t close. I was extremely stressed because I’m going through a hard time financially and couldn’t afford a huge repair bill. The team treated me with respect, patience, and kindness from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, got the work done fast, and helped make the repairs affordable. They even rolled my window up so it wouldn’t fall down. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and compassion they showed me. I highly recommend Tire Works to anyone who wants a shop that actually cares and doesn’t take advantage of you.
