I had a great experience at Tire Works today. I came in needing a replacement tire quickly, and Connor and Chris took amazing care of me. They were extremely nice, professional, and had me fixed up and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Truly outstanding service — I really appreciate the efficiency. Highly recommend this location!
View on GoogleI have to say I had the best experience here today. Connor and Mark helped me out so much in an emergency situation. My tire had gone flat, but nobody could get my lug nuts off and apparently you need a special tool to do it not only did they get the lug nuts off, but they sold me a tire and did the service at a great price, which I was seriously happy with. they went out of their way to make my experience pleasant and I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody who wants service with a smile and great prices. Thank you so much guys for making my experience so great and for helping me today.
View on GoogleFirst off let me stare by complimenting my service agent Connor and my technician Martin. Two great guys that went above and beyond to get my tires on quickly and correctly! Great work guys! Connor helped me get the perfect tire for my car that wouldn't break the bank. During my short waiting time I decided to see if I could find a better deal the Connor offered. I wanted everything Connor offered and to see if I could have saved money any were else. Nope. Connor beat the competition by $100! So in short I got a great deal, great service and property mounted and balanced tires at a great price! You may ask ( properly mounted) well if you know, you know. (Look at the photos)
View on GoogleRichard and Chris are the best!! Took my car in for a rough idle and windshield washer reservoir replacement yesterday and they did a full diagnostic check. All were good except on visual inspection found out I had lower control arms on both front wheel assemblies and struts needing replacement. They sent me pictures so I could see the issue. Took my car in at 8 and it was ready by noon on a Saturday. Tire Works on Cactus is my go to car service. Thanks Richard and Chris appreciate you.
