I got tire changed at this location 5155 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. on 1/16/2026. Later at night I found all 4 tires installation is entirely inside out. I went back 1/17/2026 to fix it. After its done and waste my times come back to the store, I ask the store manager Malvin is there any guest recovery method other than apologies? He responds I already fix the problem for you, there is nothing more as store manager can do. Then I ask for area director's contact information, Malvin said he can't disclosure that infos and said area director will call me. As of now I didn't receive any calls or email yet. I didn't want cause any issues, but install tire correctly is just something basic, it is ridiculous. I been loyalty customer to this shop many years, first time experience something like this.

Even though they were about to close for the night, the technician — I believe his name was Jeremy or Jeremiah — was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He took the time to help me out instead of turning me away, and I really appreciated the kindness after such a stressful situation. Great customer service like that deserves recognition. View on GoogleWhat a sad experience. I went there one day to get a car inspection done. Guy at that counter said they didn't have enough techs on Sunday Monday. But for sure at 6 pm on Tuesday he would do it. I came in with the car the next day at 6 and the head hancho guy tells me that they won't be able to get to it today either EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT! so I say alright. One last chance. He scheduled me for noon the next day and said he would do the inspection for free. I go in 10 min before my appointment and a guy at the counter turned me away again said that he was the only guy there. I asked to talk to all of these guys that made false appointments and promises and "they are in a meeting". SMH terrible. Couldn't even get my car in to evaluate their workmanship
