Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

The employees were pleasant enough but was told my car would cost $115 for an oil change but charged me $178 before the employee said he'd give me a discount of $20. Which don't get me wrong was nice but they said it was because my car took 7.5 quarts instead of 5. Also which I understand but I was never asked about that to confirm if that pricing was ok. Also went in for a tire patch which they couldn't patch due to where the nail was located. I was quoted $440 for a replacement that wouldn't even match my other tires. I found a matching tire for way less. I went here because I had a very good experience before, now I won't be back.

I honestly had a really good experience at Tire Choice. The staff was super nice, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from the start. They explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, smooth, and straightforward. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating people fairly. It’s hard to find places you can trust with your car, but Tire Choice definitely earned my trust. I would absolutely come back and recommend them to others.

I have been a long time customer of that store only because of the fantastic service James always given us far beyond amazing service. I stopped going to that location when he left the company and recently began going again. Recently I took my car in to get looked at, and I had a very warm welcoming from James. He did tell me that the service I requested would take some time and require a wait as there were multiple cars in line as I did not have an appointment. I did see he was feeling unwell and he told me he was getting over very bad food poisoning. I did also notice that he was understaffed. We chatted and I asked his schedule so I could come back at a later date. He told me that since he's been back at the store, he works 5 days a week, and he's there from well before the shop opens at 7:30am until they close at 7pm. Quite frankly, no employee should work 12 hours a day, 5 days a week with limited staff. James and the ONE employee he had at the time were beyond wonderful. I genuinely cannot understand how such a large corporation can make management work 12 hour days, not allow their employees to go home when they are sick because there is no coverage and let their tech handle multiple vehicles at a time in over 100 degree weather with no assistance. Whoever is a district manager or higher should know that if they want their store to be successful, they need to do what they can to help the employees and give them the tools and personnel to succeed. I am beyond happy with the service James and his short staffed team has proved but I am beyond disappointed in upper management for their lack of compassion when an employee is sick and lack of properly ensuring their shops are running efficiently. Quite frankly, in my opinion, while I had a wait and to schedule an appt (which is now cancelled) I fully blame upper management for their lack of caring for their employees.

I came to tires choice on a Saturday morning to get an oil change & I was greeted by a hardworking mechanic named Nicole. Nicole helped me from start to finish. Give me a call to let me know, my car was almost done and then called me to let me know my car was done for Pick Up. She was super friendly and very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to tire choice for years. I’ve brought many of my vehicles here .Everyone that’s ever assisted me has been so kind and friendly. I honestly will not go anywhere else.

They gave me the run around about the tire for my car for days. Ordered on Saturday morning, said it would either be there later that day or Sunday. I said ok. Turns out they don’t even receive tire shipments on Sunday after I called them that morning. Then said it would be here by Monday. Called up there, never came, said I would receive a call when it did. Now here we are going into Wednesday with no call or no update at all 👍
