Josh G. the manager is awesome. No “hard sell”, only suggests the services you need, and he gives you the best possible price he can. Jordan was my service tech. He’s very thorough and does an excellent job. This is a full service repair shop. They do everything = one stop shopping. Sign up for specials delivered via email. I only recommend a business if they EARN IT - no give aways here! Give them a try. I think you’ll be very pleased you did.
View on GoogleWe had to come in after we discovered we had a flat tire. Josh was very helpful and gave us some options since we were out of state and didn't have our wheel locks. We decided to get our tire replaced and the prices were fair and it was completed within a reasonable time. Brayden helped us afterwards and gave us a breakdown on the condition of the car as well as the cause of the flat.
View on GoogleCame in because I had a leaking valve stem needed to replaced immediately. Josh the manager took a look and checked me in really quick and the technician took the car to the bay to inspect all tires. They found that the same tire has few other issues as well with damaged inner shoulder and a nail in the tire. Due to my car is AWD so the tires would have to match for longevity. I have replaced my fronts few months ago at a different shop. He tried to look if they have the inventory for the same tire but unfortunately those tires were exclusives for the other shop so I have to go back to the other shop to replace my rears now. He helped me to check if the closest shop has in stock of those tires as well. They ended up didn’t charge me for replacing the valve stem because he said they couldn’t help match and don’t have the tire I needed. What a service! Thank you so much for taking my car in and replaced the valve stem for free! I know it doesn’t cost much but really help relieve my stress from driving a leaking tire and also went above and beyond inspected and found the issue of the tire to avoid serious damage. Thank you for such a great service!
View on GoogleOn June 20th in the afternoon I brought in my work truck to get an oil change and alignment before a work trip and apparently some part was left "only hand tight" related to the alignment and a week and half later my truck breaks down leaving me stranded in Reno. The mechanics my truck are with now have to take apart about the whole front end and weld some pins back to the frame. Front desk service guy was a pleasure though.
View on GoogleJosh the front desk guy wasn’t pleasant. I came in for a basic oil change. He was wanting to sell me tires & brakes. I told him I get those things done someplace else since he quoted me over $590! He seemed offended when I mentioned where I get them done & even said “those aren’t Costco tires”. When my car was done, the tech didn’t say anything to me & threw me my keys. I turned my car on & noticed no washer fluid was added even though Josh said they check all fluids…granted I will never come back here.
