I was very pleased with their service. They worked with me to negotiate applying my diagnostic fee to the repair bill, which helped a lot. A rat had gotten into my engine and chewed through the wiring! I had never heard of such a thing before, and the technician took me to the back of the repair shop and showed me What had happened. He was very nice about it while I was freaking out!

Their pricing was better than everyone else I checked with, and the quality of the work was excellent. A special thank you to Dee for making everything happen smoothly. Dee was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It is not easy finding people you can trust with a Porsche, but these guys definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend The Car Guys if you are looking for honest pricing and top-notch service.

View on GoogleSo their flyer came in mail and I decided to stop by for the free inspection because I had already felt something weird going on with my car. They are only five minutes away from my home so that was very convenient. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, everyone is very nice very professional customer service services on point. They answered all my questions, they did their best to work with me to work with my warranty company and they ended up giving me a discount which I’m very grateful for . Ethan was awesome he’s very helpful and stayed in communication with me the entire time. The whole staff has great communication , customer service and I will be bringing my vehicle back here because I know she was handled with care. Thank you guys!
