Terrible's

I started coming here about five years ago when it was still Fabulous Freddy. At that time I paid $35 for hand wash inside and out and then $45 when inflation hit the economy. For that same vehicle Terrible is now charging $95. Back then, they offered discount booklets for 10 washes. it’s a total price gouge and very unfair to longtime loyal customers. It’s hard to understand why they would do that. I believe they’ve had three significant rate increases since taking over from Fabulous Freddy. My criticism is not about the young people that work hard and do great great work on the cars. It’s about the management team being greedy and price gouging loyal customers. I hope they can see the light and bring prices back down to an affordable level, especially for people on a fixed income. The mobile detailers are now looking like a better option.

We have used this place for years and have always had our vehicles hand washed. Today was our first visit since terrible took over. I think we will use mobile in the future. Outside looked great, until you looked closely running boards were touched, mirrrors were not even washed. We brought a long handled mop to clean bed cover, we showed him that and he agreed to do that, he left bed cover completely filthy. The place was not busy, at all and I k ow why. We paid $80.00 for exterior wash and we’re going home to clean it the right way. Won’t be back but I doubt they care.

First and foremost, I want to start by saying this used to be the best car wash in town. I’ve been coming to Fabulous Freddie’s Summerlin for years because the team was always thorough and paid close attention to detail when cleaning my vehicles. Unfortunately, after today’s visit, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. While the exterior looked decent, the interior was severely lacking. I specifically asked the employee to wipe out the cup holders and vacuum out the trash—neither of which were done. The inside doors clearly didn’t get wiped down with any cleaner, and it looked like no effort was made to scrub or apply any elbow grease to the surrounding areas. Very disappointed with the wash and overall clean. What’s more frustrating is that I used to go out of my way to come to this location—even though they’re right there on Rampart and Charleston—because this one was always better. Sadly, it seems that quality has slipped, and I’m not sure I’ll be back. This is my honest review.

I used to be a regular here, but the last two times I was very disappointed. It seems the people who do the cars there just don't care anymore. I sent my Jeep back in to the detail bay because they didn't do the tires, there was still alot of dirt on the dash, there was still dirt in the back because the carpet hadn't been done and nothing had been wiped down. I was literally the only person there, and it took the detail guy less than 10 minutes to finish. I told his I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he said it was his fault he'd take it back into the bay and clean it properly, 5 minutes later a different guy comes out to drop it off to me. What's the point of sending it back after that? Obviously, they don't get it or care. These pictures are AFTER the second "detailing" that I paid $50 for. Needless to say, they've lost my business.

As a couple days have gone by I'm more angry about the service I received so I decided to write a review. I paid for "the best" which is inside and outside. While I understand this isn't a detail., I almost feel like they forgot to do my car's interior it's so bad. There are places that can easily wipe with my finger in very many obvious spots, all over the interior. Im confused, and angry I tipped without looking over the car first. Im just not that picky about these things. I've used this service before and it was much much better so Im not sure what happened. Two stars because at least everyone was friendly.
