This is my first time using Ted Wiens and because of Gomez and Allie and the service that was provided, I will return. Amazing customer service keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Price was better than anyone in town. And only place that could align a lifted truck on 35’s on a Saturday. Thank you for your help. Great shop
View on GoogleFront desk attendant was very professional and friendly. i had an Oil change ,my AC recharge and I also had a diagnostic done for an ABS light, For the Oil Change I brought my own supplies and the price for the service was great $25.00 but the price for the A/C recharge only was too high $395.00 I called a several other places to ask for a quote and it was $100. Less. Unfortunately I couldn’t take the car somewhere else because they were working on it, also they wanted to charge me $200.00 for the ABS diagnostic and I was able to negotiate to $150.00 I had to kept calling the shop to get information on the status of my vehicle because they did not call me to keep me updated as they said the would, they kept the car for 2 days 😞 My strong suggestion is that this location on W Cheyenne should work better in communication with the customers for updates on the status of the repairs while the vehicle is in their shop, also they should work on better prices. The quote I received for the front driver side hub assembly replacement is $940.00 😳 All together I dropped $718.00 for the work they did on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thank you for the work I appreciate it, is only been 2 days and I hope I don’t have an issue with it. Would I come back? 🤔🤔🤔
