Words cannot fully express my thanks and praise to both Chevy and Ozzie. I am a long time customer with your the ted wiens Cheyenne location. I was looking to purchase a used car from Fidlay Mazada and needed an inspection before making a decision. My team at Cheyenne (who are also amazing) referred me to this location. I am so thankful I went here. Was looking at a 2017 Chevy Cruise with 49k miles with a ticket price of $10,995. After blah blah blah that number jumped to $13,500+ with documents, fees and all that BS. After the inspection, the car was in good condition, however, the front/back brake pads, shoes and a rotor needed a replacing. As well as, a crucial gasket was on the way out, a broken warning light and it needed an alignment. All together I was looking at an additional $2-3K potential 4k depending in repairs within the next few months if I "had" bought the car today. Thus turning my potential purchase of $13K+ into a 16K-17K car purchase with repairs needed. Thats 16-17K for a 2017 Chevy Cruise which 8 years ago sold for 20-22K. Which makes the car essentially 4k less then what it was brand new. But it's 8 years old with almost 50k miles. Thank you, thank you, thank you for preventing me from making a bad used car purchase. The Findlay Mazada location was unwilling to fix the repairs nor lower the ticket price for the difference I would need to pay for the repairs. I highly suggest coming to this location for professional, timely and good honest work. Matching my experience at their other location. Once again THANK YOU Chevy and Ozzie! I had an overall good experience at Ted Weins getting my car repaired. I took my car in and they confirmed it needed the repair I was suspecting. They provided a report with a complete vehicle inspection with pictures! They were friendly and got my repair done the same day. Everything is great with my car, but it was a bit expensive. $200 an hour plus part markups and other shop fees is pretty rough. If you want a competent repair shop that will get your car repaired quickly, they're a good pick, but be prepared for quite a bill.

Location on warm springs and eastern is always so helpful. They explain everything and never felt pressure that a repair has to be done right then and there. Great service and great workers.

I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years now and they always take care of my needs! Ozzy and Chevy are the best, they really make you feel at home while waiting to get your car serviced. Definitely recommend!
