I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. After spending thousands trying to find someone who could fix our RV, we finally landed here—and thank goodness we did. The mechanic at this location has over 20 years of experience. Even when they initially said they couldn’t take it on, he stepped up and did the work anyway. That kind of dedication? Unbelievable. In a city like Las Vegas, where honesty and integrity can be hard to come by, this shop stands out. They’ve earned my trust, and this is now my go-to spot for repairs. No gimmicks—just real people doing exceptional work.

My personal opinion and experience: Best lead team of professionals it’s been my (unfortunate) pleasure to meet and have service my vehicles. Mitch and Randy (Service Advisor Professionals) will greet and treat you with respect and compassion and listen to your complaints about why you’re there. They don’t second guess you. I am especially appreciative of the fact that they will schedule you to come in only if they know for sure that the mechanic you likely will need will be in the shop when you arrive. Eric (the boss- appears to Manages everything) makes decisions immediately and without hesitation. He is clearly a no nonsense leader that has the respect of the entire team. And James (who runs the workshop area) is cordial and listens to your trouble experiences. James is not at all put-off if you let him know what you think might be the problem! He listens and acknowledges your input. The one most important thing this team does that was a complete surprise is…they own it!! They own the work and the parts they use to fix your vehicle! I go there with the confidence that my vehicle will get repaired if it can be repaired. Unless I absolutely have to use a dealership shop, Ted Weins off Blue Diamond (on Wigwam) is my “go-to” automotive repair shop to service all four of my vehicles! They do a really good job of responding to the customers needs. Definitely a 5-Star Group of Professionals!

We arrived in Vegas yesterday from Tempe with our 29ft Winnebago. We had just purchased 6 tires from Big Brand in November. The day before our trip we took the RV to Big Brand to have the air refilled. After arriving in Las Vegas, we noticed that one of the tires looked very low on air.. We called all of the big brands in Vegas, who were unable to help us as they would not take a vehicle our size. I spoke with the Tempe location and they said there wasn’t much they could do because we did not purchase an extended warranty. I called their corporate because of warranty had never been offered, and they checked our receipt noticing that we did not decline a warranty. We called around and found that Ted Wiens was willing to help us. They took us in right away and instead of selling us a tire that wasn’t necessary they found that our valves had a leak. This indicating to me that the day before the service man at big Brand must have have done something to the tire as we had never had a leak prior to having the tires refilled They were amazing at this auto service location. We truly appreciate the help that George gave us on the phone and their honesty and integrity, and not taking advantage of customers. I would highly recommend visiting this location for any RV needs!

Okay these guys are amazing I had a very unusual vehicle with unusual wheels and they were able to balance the tires which had never been balanced and help me out I was so impressed with the service and the knowledge of these guys Jose was amazing.

I have spent weeks and thousands of dollars going from shop to shop to find absolutely anyone willing to even diagnose my RV repairs. As it turns out, because I have such an old RV no automotive shop was willing (or able) to even evaluate my problems. Honestly, at first even the mechanics here were afraid to look at my RV because they are not officially equipped to handle my truck... but after explaining what I have struggled with... the lead mechanic (with over 20 years of professional experience) decided to at least give it a try. The work was absolutly a nightmare, (they ended up having to use hand jacks because my truck wont even drive up on the lift). Still they persisted, finally after an entire day they managed to drop my gas tank and fix the pump. This branch has become my favorite and most trusted mechanic shop. I will faithfully go to them from now on!
